DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We ship packages via the GLS delivery service. In certain cases, we reserve the right to choose another delivery service, and you will be notified via email.
Delivery Costs
Packaging and delivery costs are free for purchases over €150. Shipping costs depend on the product and are €5.65 for purchases below €150.
For international orders, the delivery price depends on the zone in which the country for parcel delivery is located, and you can check the price for a specific zone when making a purchase in the shopping cart. Shipping is free for purchases of €220 or more.
Warning: These delivery terms and costs apply only within the Republic of Croatia.
Personal Pickup
Personal pickup is available at Lovranska 10 in Zagreb, with no packaging and delivery costs. Please call 091 2206 105 (Patricia) to arrange a pickup time. Orders can be picked up from Monday to Friday by appointment!
Payment and Delivery
The merchant will deliver the ordered products to the user (buyer) within the agreed time. We send shipments via GLS. The merchant has the right to choose another delivery service. In the case of taking over the product by cash on delivery, the buyer also pays the redemption costs.
Delivery Timeframe
The delivery timeframe is 3-4 working days.
All orders placed on working days are shipped the next working day if paying cash on delivery. Orders with payment by bank transfer are shipped as soon as we receive the payment. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the first working day.
Returns
What are the options for returning products purchased on the webshop?
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, a Buyer who is a consumer as defined by the Consumer Protection Act has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the last product covered by a single order.
An exception to this right of termination applies to products for which Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act excludes the right of unilateral contract termination:
- Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly tailored to the consumer (for example, personalized exercise mats).
In the case of unilateral contract termination, By Plank will proceed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The refund of the paid amount will be made within 14 days from the date By Plank receives the Buyer’s request to terminate the contract, but not before the Buyer returns the purchased product, or after receiving proof from the Buyer that the product has been sent back to By Plank. The Buyer must return the product without delay, and no later than 15 days from the date of expressing unilateral contract termination..
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the product if they exercise their right of unilateral contract termination. If the Buyer wishes, they can contact By Plank at the email address info@byplank.com to obtain additional information on the method, possibilities, and conditions for returning the product.
According to Article 84, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the purchased product resulting from handling and use of the product, in the case of contract termination as described in this article, in which case they will not be entitled to a refund of the paid purchase price. The Buyer’s request for the replacement of the ordered and correctly delivered product will be considered a unilateral contract termination, in accordance with this article of the General Terms and Conditions.
What is the timeframe for receiving a refund after unilateral contract termination?
In the case of unilateral contract termination, By Plank will proceed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The refund of the paid amount will be made within 15 days from the date By Plank receives the Buyer’s unilateral contract termination, but not before the Buyer returns the purchased product, or after receiving proof from the Buyer that the product has been sent back to By Plank. The Buyer must return the product without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of expressing unilateral contract termination. In the case of unilateral contract termination for sales contracts, the Buyer returns the product to the address provided on the website.
Do I have the right to exchange a product purchased on the webshop?
For products purchased on the webshop, the Buyer’s request for the replacement of the ordered and correctly delivered product will be considered a unilateral contract termination, in accordance with this article of the General Terms and Conditions.
