Delivery Terms
It is possible to make purchases exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia through the By Plank Store, which also includes the delivery of purchased products exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The delivery of the purchased product is carried out by By Plank on business days via a delivery service to the address indicated by the Buyer when placing the order, within the timeframes specified under the Delivery Terms.
By Plank reserves the right to split individual orders into multiple shipments if the ordered items are in different warehouses or if part of the ordered items is currently out of stock. In the case of multiple deliveries from the same order, the Buyer does not incur additional delivery/distribution costs (distribution is charged only once, regardless of the number of individually delivered items).
Delivery deadlines are calculated from the moment the order is handed over to the delivery service.
If the delivery of the product is not completed because the Buyer was not present at the address at the time of delivery, the Buyer will be notified of the arrival of the shipment and will be able to pick up the shipment within the storage period determined by the delivery service provider. If the shipment is not picked up within the specified period, it will be considered that the Buyer has canceled the order. Any fees charged by postal service providers for non-receipt of the shipment upon first delivery (e.g., storage fees, re-delivery costs) are not included in the delivery price.
Delivery Prices
By Plank charges the Buyer for the delivery service of the Products according to the price list indicated in the "Delivery Services" section. The delivery price includes product packaging for delivery purposes (protective packaging, etc.).
